Settler's House

The Settler's House dates to the mid-19th century and, along with being one of the oldest structures in the area, it is also a classic example of Western Reserve farmstead architecture.

The entire house is included with the guest rental and includes a full kitchen, dining room, living room with flat screen TV and fireplace. The master bedroom is downstairs and has a queen-sized bed. Adjoining it is a dressing room and full bath.

Upstairs is a second bedroom with a double bed. Also upstairs is a 1/2 bath(WC) and a small office with desk and chair.

The house has been totally renovated while retaining it's historic charm. It is equipped with whole house air conditioning and is decorated with antiques and compatible contemporary furniture and artwork. There is a washer and dryer in the basement.

Rates: 2 night minimum; $125 per night (2-5 nights); $750 per week.

Add $50 per night for the second bedroom (nightly and weekly)
