Availability

If the unit you want does not appear on the list, it is either reserved or pending. If you wish to reserve a second bedroom in the same unit, please put that request in the "additional notes" box. (The extra charge will not appear on your reservation.) Please note that the reservation widget will not differentiate between the single night rate, multiple bedroom rate or weekly rate. The appropriate rate will appear in the personal e-mail we send back to you. We will hold your reservation request for up to 24 hours, but the reservation is not complete until we receive your credit card information. We cannot accomodate pets or children under 12.

Units are designed to accommodate 2 persons per bedroom. Guests may bring air mattresses or bedrolls for additional people, but there will be a $10/day extra charge for each to cover towels, groceries and utilities.

The Cedar House, the Settler's House and the Riverview Suite have a 2-night minimum. The Cedar Suite may be rented for a single night (single night rate is $135).

All units have a 2-night minimum stay for student Drop-Off and Parent's Weekend.

There is a 3-night minimum stay for Oberlin College Commencement and both bedrooms of the Cedar House and Settler's House must be rented for the full 3 days. Cancellation policies will be enforced. click to see policies
